Charity will say she already knows she has a visitor waiting to see you. Judy the female resistance leader is waiting upstairs by Faith. She will tell you the bad news about the incipient execution and will ask you to join the resistance.
Choices[]
At this point You have to choose between Honour Grant and the resistance. These are separate Achievements so save if you want. This is the end of Chapter 2. Judy in Charity's bar or Devotion in the Abandoned Building. If playing on harder skill levels you may want to level grind first
